My Approach
If you are looking to move your business to a cloud based document management system then I can help. I have built many Microsoft solutions using included tools such as SharePoint, Power apps/automate/BI, and task management tools. My approach is to use out of the box functionality first – this is best practice for future proofing a solution.
If out of the box does not work, then the next step is to look at the Microsoft eco-system for third party solutions. Custom development work is a last resort due to the associated increased costs – but I can help point you in the right direction here as well.
The first step is to meet and identify your business requirements and/or pain points. Based on these needs, we can envision a target solution and from there develop an action plan to address the gaps between current and envisioned states.
It is best to involve all key stakeholders during the requirements gathering and design phases – this keeps everyone on the same page.
I can also provide training/orientation on the solution which is needed to ensure solution adoption.
Information Governance is typically pushed aside during initial solution deployments, this area is critical for the continued successful use and growth of new solutions introduced to your organization.
