All was working well until a week ago when I started getting recurring sign-in issues with the powerapps on my Android (OnePlus 7T). Due to my work I have many different client tenants that I need to sign into (pro tip: get LastPass for managing and generating passwords). After trying the many blog ‘go to solutions’ and having nothing worked I then started to think – something is confusing the sign-ins. So in my computer browser signed into my tenant navigated to View Account (click on your name/pic top right) and went to Security Info. From there I noticed that I had more than one Microsoft Authenticator. I then deleted all of them, re-added my authenticator and after signing into powerapps again all is good. Hope this helps someone else who tried all the ‘go to solutions’ 😉
Update: I found this article: ADALError: BROKER_AUTHENTICATOR_NOT_RESPONDING · AzureAD/azure-activedirectory-library-for-android Wiki · GitHub which calls out specific Android phones. I am also looking into why when I sign out of powerapps and sign back in that a new environment is created (super odd).
